Lonestars Rookie Camp 2006
September 9 & 10, 2006
The Lonestars Coaching Staff welcomes new recruits regardless of athletic experience or knowledge of the game of rugby. Rugby requires players of all shapes and sizes. No experience is needed and all are welcome.
By Sunday afternoon you will be able to play in your first rugby scrimmage and call yourself a rugby player. Sunday events will be followed by the rugby tradition of food and drink at a nearby pub. Free beer for all new recruits!
Cost is $15 in advance ($20 at the camp). If you decide to play with the Lonestars, the cost will be deducted from your first year's dues.
The price includes:
- Lonestars T-Shirt
- Professional coaching
- Water and gatorade
- Lunch Saturday and Sunday
- Post-camp party
Please bring:
- Shorts

- Proof of medical insurance

1:45-2:45 Chalkboard/Video
2:45-3:00 Stretch and warmup
