The Lonestars currently practice on Monday and Wednesday from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at Burnet Middle School. If you plan to participate in practice, you will need shorts, t-shirt, running shoes, rugby cleats, and a mouthguard.

You will need to be warmed up and ready to go at 7 pm. The warmup consists of 2 laps around the track, 20 pushups and 20 situps (crunch, bicycle or a combination of the two).
